Bienvenido a @vidafitnessfeliz en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes, para entrenar tu equilibrio fitness, todos nosotros e incluso en universo se encuentra en equilibrio por ejemplo el árbol cuando crece busca su espacio para crecer de forma equilibradamente y cuando observas como florecen las flores tan hermosas en su época de primavera. son lecciones que aprendemos de la naturaleza.
Ahora bien como desarrollar el equilibrio en nuestras vidas fitness en que cuando entrenemos debemos entrenar la derecha e izquierda, cuando yo antes no sabia la importancia solo entrenaba mas derecha hasta darme cuenta que mi piernas derecha o mi brazo derecha tenia mas fuerza pero la izquierda estaba débil, es por eso que aprendí la lección que debemos ejercitar ambos lados con la misma proporción.
En la rutina de hoy quiero que intentes esta rutina de equilibrio tanto en la derecha como la izquierda 4 series en cada lado.
