Sour Calamari

Ingredients

Ground spices :
1 segment of turmeric
1 segment laos
1 segment of ginger
1 pecan fruit
1/2 teaspoon coriander
4 cloves of red onion
3 cloves of garlic
10 red chili
1/2 kg of squid
2 pieces of greetings
1 lemongrass
2 pieces of kandis acid

Step

Wash clean squid .. cut if big squid .. set aside
Blend fine spices .. then saute until fragrant .. then input the greetings and lemongrass
After boiling the water input slightly .. then input the kandis acid
Stir until boiling .. input squid .. jgn too long for squid not hard
Put salt and flavoring .. flavor correction
