I have started a journey to improve my self-esteem, so have been going to the gym on a daily basis and am starting to feel better.

Yesterday I started a new class..... clubbercise..... it has reinforced the fact that I can't dance..... I have no coordination, but I got free glow sticks..... so......... yay!!!!
