I want to share with you one of my healthy follies.
I did not have a name, but I thought about this one "Tropic-Oriental Madness". It is composed of:
2 Bananas🍌 3 Tangerines 🍊
1 Mango🍑 4 Malaysian Apple 🍎
The bananas. They are rich in fiber has vitamins A, C, B1, B2, B6, B9 (folic acid) and E. It has minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium, selenium, zinc and iron
Just as it contains Tryptophan, an essential amino acid
The tangerines. This citrus fruit and typical of autumn is delicious and refreshing; It contains a mixture of nutrients between flavonoids, vitamin A and C, folic acid and potassium.
The Mango. It is a juicy and juicy fruit that is very rich in magnesium and provitamins A and C. It also has high concentrations of carbohydrates which makes it have a high caloric value.
Malaysian Apple. TheStake for its high pectin content, considered by many specialists as a type of fiber. It also has vitamins (A, B3 and C), minerals (calcium and iron) and beta carotene. Each serving provides 25 calories.
The squares are Malaysian Apple, the slices are Bananas, the canes are Mangos and of course the tangerines ... I piqué them in half to give it a moon shape
