Krav Maga Motivation - Pain Is Temporary

in combat •  5 years ago

If you want to learn combat self defense, you want to spend quality time to practice step by step. Don't think you spend a day or week and you will learn everything. When we talk about martial arts, we think of being stronger, more confidence, focused and a new version of you.

That's right. Martial art is a way of life, it is not just kicking and punching. Nothing is going to happen overnight. You have to put your effort, time and consistent practice to learn it as if it is your second nature.

This is a video about Krav Maga. Hope you like this video.

You have to take the pain in order to get long term gain. A martial artist knows how pain feels like. In the training, you will go through different things and you know how someone feels when he/she gets hurt.

"Pain is temporary. It may last a minute, or an hour, or a day, or a year, but eventually it will subside and something else will take its place. If I quit, however, it lasts forever."
-- Lance Armstrong

Thank you so much for reading this and watch the video. I will keep sharing different things about combat. So please stay tuned. See you soon.
