Oh man I just started typing this long thing about how I wanted to vote giraffe but I thought the gorilla would actually win, and how the giraffe could be insanely athletic and could swing out of the gorilla's attack paths by grabbing hold of a high tree branch with his teeth...

Long and very strong neck, the giraffe has been known to take out hyena's with a swift whiplash like motion of its neck. The long legs also afford it that extra long reach with the ability to kick with either its front or rear legs. So even if the not tree climbing gorilla was to climb one and try to attack the giraffe from it;s back, that neck and bucking motion would have that gorilla off it back and on the ground to be mashed by those size 25 hoofs of the giraffe. So I vote the Giraffe as winner in this round.

But I don't see that happening. Giraffes will only fight for mating privileges or to protect their young. They prefer running away to fighting. Gorillas are normally passive by nature but are also VERY territorial and protective. They will fight before they will run.
