Most adaptations of things? I am thinking out of Marvel and DC, it would be Marvel. I actually have reasoning for that, because Warner Bros owns DC, and so a ton of movies and tv shows that are not Warner Bros media related, would most likely end up using Marvel.

Now in days, I think this answer goes to independent comic publishers. IDW Publishing, Image Comics, BOOM Studios, and the such probably grab all the licensed properties.
