Russel's Teapot is a joke theory, saying there's a teapot orbiting the sun between Earth and Mars. Since it's so small and far away, we could never see it, so we can't prove it isn't there.
Phlogiston is an old-timey theory about how fire works. It's not too interesting but the name is funny :D
