The work has been done. Here we are. The Steemies and I guess, you know their names. For the newbies: We are Whale, Dolphin and Minnow. The idea to make the steem sign alive in three different characters is from @afrog. Hope, you like the three rascals. If you like it, I will notice it by my wallet. Then you will get the Steemies in a new story, now and again.

Thank you, blockchaincat.

Thank you blockchaincat. I think I'm multiple…

This is a really funny idea for the Steemit geeks and for those who don't know all the whale minnow stuff, great use of the three lines into very funny characters. I hope to see more.

Thank you for the tender words, cryplectibles. We have a lot of ideas and there will be definetly more. Hope the Steemies will become important guys in Steemit. The idea has come from @afrog. He recked me for a while until I started drawing his visions. He wrote about this torture right here.

Thank you for sharing the art. It really struck me well, they may not be the Steemit mascots for everyone, but I would enjoy some use out of these three characters. They may be able to pull off jokes similar to those old two muppet guys in the shows that make fun of everything, whit the third one being able to provide other options or views. I just see if you wanted to make a lot out of these, you could.

Hi @cryplectibles. As a collector, you are a great specialist in comics. What do you think, how the Steemit mascots for everyone should look like? Do you have an sketchy idea of the mascot? Should it be one character or should it be a team. Is there a competition for mascots? Maybe you know something.

I could not reply to your other reply, but I was curious what the ozchartart controversy is, any links to this?

This is the first I found:

And this I resteemed. Until now, it was seven times downvotet but still not grey and alive:

There's a war going on… fighting whales!

It's the theme of the day. Another one:
https://steemit.com/steemit/@barrydutton/a-minnow-speaks-my-open-letter-to-the-steemit-community-the-good-bad-and-the-ugly

And he is right. A lot of people left because of this whale–games. Not good, especially when other platforms rise for bloggers, paying as well for blogging. The whales are fighting, the bloggers are leaving and the steem goes down. It is a perfect picture that fits to doom. Has anyone seen @dirkzett the last weeks? Many good bloggers disappeared.

I have no idea honestly lol. I just like how these three old stereotypical British looking gentlemen looked. I had tried to draw a Steem mascot or monster one time, it was fun and silly https://steemit.com/steemit/@cryplectibles/the-steemit-steemfest-2016-art-submission-vote-up-here

You shoul publish it one more time. It fits to the whale war around the ozchartart controversy.

We have still some scenes in blueprint. I think, I enjoy these three rascals as well as @afrog now. Yes, and as you wrote here, like the two muppet grampies. They have names, gosh I've forgot them…
