Alex Ross is awesome artist.I think DC have to reconstruct and make the movies adapted from Kingdom Come (Alex Ross and Mark Waid) This book is good and is worth reading. :) Never know Alex Ross doing The Shadow project..great to see this post..now i know.. Thanks. :)

I back this recommendation up so hard. Kingdom Come was beautifully done. And if anyone likes Marvel characters, make sure to read "Marvels" also with Alex Ross art.

Yup!Definitely @cryplectibles. 'Marvels'book with Alex art is also included in the readable list.Highly recommended..its a deep stories when a journalist looking at the heroes in a different perspective..one extraordinary idea ..Thinking outside of the box i might say :)
