The Origin Story of Captain Bluejay and General Redbird

Chapter 1: Bird Brains Part 1
By now, we are all too familiar with the superhero universes and stories from comic books to television and of course now, the big screen. Whether or not you like these sort of stories, you know that they only depict the biggest and the best of the best when it comes to superheroes and their super powers. You never hear about the guys that got stuck with the “shit end of the stick,” so to speak. The unfortunate souls that somehow acquired mutant/ non-human abilities that aren't exactly the first picks if you could choose your own super abilities. This group, “The bottom Feeders,” as some of the more popular superheroes call them, want to be just as loved and as popular as the main stream heroes, but their mutant powers have become more of a hindrance than helpful. Thus, creating a lower level of heroes and villains that we the populous never really hear about. The Bottom Feeders.
This is a story about two of these so called bottom feeders that, out of pure luck, work their way up the superhero ladder from complete unknowns to earning a status that only real superheroes have. All just by chance.
