Ingredientes
-1 litro de leche
-1 taza de azúcar
-1 taza de queso blanco duro rallado
-1 taza de pan molido
-Pasas al gusto
-5 huevos
-Vainilla
-2 cucharadas de mantequilla derretida
Preparación
En una licuadora mezcle la leche, el azúcar, el queso, el pan y los huevos, mezcle todo bien y aromatice con la vainilla, agregue la mantequilla derretida y mezcle bien, una vez listo reserve. Engrase un molde con mantequilla y espolvoréelo con harina, añada la mezcla y lleve al horno previamente caliente. Deje hornear a fuego bajo hasta que cuaje y dore la torta por encima.
Una forma de hacer que esta torta quede con un toque de clase, es preparar en el molde donde será horneará un caramelo claro y dejar solidificarse antes de verter la mezcla. Vertirla y tendrá una bella presentación.
