COMO HACER PANQUECAS ESPONJOSAS

INGREDIENTES

2 huevo.
1 cucharada de azúcar.
1/2 cucharadita de sal.
1 cucharadita de mantequilla o aceite.
1 taza de leche.
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
1 y 1/3 taza de harina de trigo todo uso.

PREPARACIÓN

Lo primero que tienes que hacer es licuar todos los ingredientes
Calienta el sartén y agregale un poco de mantequilla o aceite con una servilleta espárcelo por todo el fondo.
Agrega un poco de mezcla al sarten con una espatula.
Espera a que se dore por un lado y cuando esté listo lo volteas con cuidado con una espátula.
Agrégale la Nutela hecha por ti
