The same measure of whole milk can
1 small glass of coconut milk
The same measure of special (or common) wheat flour can
1/2 measure of the sugar can
3 large whole eggs
3 tablespoons margarine
It will not ferment
METHOD OF PREPARATION
Beat everything in the blender
Place in a greased and floured pan
Bake in medium oven (200 ° C) until golden brown, 30 to 60 minutes depending on oven
Test the toothpick to remove from the oven.
The cake has the consistency of a cheesecake and is very tasty
Additional Information
Tip: To make a light coating on the fire 1 glass of coconut milk, 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 packet of grated coconut. Bring to a boil and place over the cake. Note: The consistency is not that of an ordinary cake. The oven time varies according to the oven, it can be from 30 to 60 minutes.
