Japan volcano erupts for first time in 250 years

The last fairly large volcanic eruption (I think) was Mt. Pinetumbo. It littered the stratosphere with ash. That caused some rilly rilly COLD winters for a few years. (the shade effect)

It's already plenty cold this year. We don't need no ash in the Stratosphere.

if it (or any of about 25 other) supervolcanoes erupt.
