Since I've recently crossed the 1500 SP mark, I've decided that it's time for me to give something back to the community here on Steemit. I know that there are still so many people here who haven't reached minnow status (+500SP).
@eonwarped mentioned in the @helpie Discord that only 23,541 Steemit accounts have over 100 SP.
Given that Steemit supposedly has over 1 million accounts in total, that number should go way up. Steemit's middle-class is currently very unpopulated, something @meno is advocating to change through the @helpie Discord group.
My Support
I've started out by sending 5 SBI shares to @ilsaione, she's someone who has just joined Steemit and is already writing at least one post per day. With these SBI shares, you will have at least one guaranteed upvote per day on your posts. I will also add you to my Steemauto for 1 upvote per day at 20%.
I still have a minimum of 18 SBI shares to give away to people who have less than 500 SP. I will go through the comments of this post and give away SBI shares to undervalued bloggers that post regularly. I'll read your blog and reward the ones that I personally like.

I highly recommend new Steemit users to join some of the following groups on Discord:

Great initiative! I can certainly vouch for @thesteemengine. I also love the @steemitworldmap, and there are many other specialists groups out there. Some of the ones you've mentioned I've been intending to join, but I never seem to find the time!
I still think one of the best ways for plankton to grow their Steem Power is to invest, especially when Steem is low in value! I certainly would do this if I had the ready cash! (I have invested a very small amount).

My growth on Steemit was stunted a bit. Entirely my fault. I've been here for about 120+ days, but I've only been active recently. I'm still getting delegation from Steemit, but I've made a few strides in the last few weeks getting my SP up, little by little, and interacting with people.
Right now, I'm still flexing my writing muscles, trying to get into the habit of writing regularly. I stumbled on the freewrite community and it has helped me increase my confidence. They're an amazing bunch. I'm also thinking about upping my blog by writing non-freewrite posts, but I'm still thinking about how to go about that.
I'm hopeful that the crypto market, Steem included, will rally back. I'll be enjoying myself, in the meantime.

I have started my steemit account with zero network, and people at work would laugh at you if you told them you had a blog, so Steemit is my secret community. I do have a Facebook page with 90,000 people so I have written and than posted over to my page, Steemit is much better than buying a WordPress site from Yahoo, I didn't start writing until July and I had 40$ in Bitcoin so I moved it into my steemit account and I have at least 25sp, the Steemit Community is unique in the fact that I have found people helpful,kind, caring, I have had small successes with writing and hope one day to be discovered by a company looking for writer's or gain a viral following. It seems that in Steemit your work will pay off but without the work it will be a lonely Rd. So you have to work at meeting people, finding a curation group in your interest,and support others . I spend most of my time on social networking so at least Steemit does have an investment on time spent.

I'm happy with my growth on Steemit, i joined back in january during my winter holidays and have been trying to up my posting game ever since, so far it's going great, i even got on the FTG boting path, that has helped a bunch! And i'm expecting to continue to up my game, hopefully getting more 5 bucks for each post i make! This, during a bear market would be amazing! Still, i would love to grow even more! This is my second hobby which already taught me a lot, how to work with photoshop for example, my English has gotten better too, and i'm more extrovert in real life because of STEEM, which i find amazing!

Giving back to the community is a great gesture.
It is hard to make the account grow in the beginning. Whatever SP you receive, is eliminated more or less directly. So eventhough you are making progress you don't really feel like anything is changing.
Once you are out of the 15SP it seems earning SP goes faster, but it is still a long way to reach 100 SP.

Reaching 500 Sp is the goal that I am currently working for. I usually post 3 or 4 times a week but it can be a little more depending on what I have to say and I comment quite a lot. Normally, I write about my personal philosophy of life but I do also like to write about cannabis and psychedelics. My posts have recieved some honors and I have been curated by curie and a few other groups that seek to promote good content. Sadly though, my blog is still struggling to get off the ground.
As to my time on this site, I must say that I was supprised to see that anyone wanted to read what I had to say. I came because I hoped to earn a little bit of Steem but I found that I liked being part of the communities that I post in and that is what keeps me coming back everyday. I have tried to put is some work here and I try to produce good quality content which, I hope, will pay off over time. That may not be the easy path for one to take here but I think it is a sound one.

I have heard they give those who had some 15 steemit power or more. I am not sure.
Second question, I had seen many people who get $11 worth upvote but they don't use bot. Still the voters vote weightage is like 1% continuous. How this happen?

I used to think I was a minnow, but I found out recently I am well and truly plankton, at 183SP.. it's been hard going and hard growing, but I've formed sone solid friendships here and I've been blown away by how helpful and collaborative the community is. It's great to be part of this at this early stage.. Having read your post, to know I am one of only ~23K people who have 100+ SP actually makes me proud, but I want to keep growing. I post pretty much every day on subjects from Photography to Creative Writing and Astronomy to Sport. I'm going to check out the discord pages for the accounts to you shared. Thanks for that. Although i find steemit to be a fun filled place but i am a little bit disappointed with the falling price of steem and sbd because i hardly get the amount of money i spend on purshasing data. If you wanna know my stories about growth on Steemit; then I would say that self growth is not everything. I have some friends that I met after joined steemit. I've researched on steemit more and more and tried to help them with my little brain. I even started to helping them with 0.001SBD for minnowsupport register fee when I had only 0.002SBD in my wallet. Now I'm little more bigger than them but they still believes in me that I'll take em with me when I grow.
