Dear steemit,

I decided to publish this post because I found an interesting article about vanity and power made by an experienced Steemian. This encouraged me to refocus on the ideas of "participation", an important topic on which we are reflecting with @wolfgangsieberth and the Global School team. I'll try to formulate something that I hope will be useful for all experienced and future experienced Steemian while having the challenge of getting power.

The field of perception that lead humanity is shaped by group dynamics.

Power, some have more, some have less.

Fundamentally, a differential in power distribution make understand what power is, but also its flow, intensity and direction.

Are our lives ruled by principles aiming to make us understand the paradoxical notion of power?

All our economy, currency and social status are based on this simple principle of what has the most rules.

Emancipation

For the moment emancipation in the true sense happen mostly within climate of crisis, the question is, can it be something that we can shift to a celebration?

Here a situation to explain and reflect:

When people we are teaching are not yet knowledgeable, they are depending on us, which is not the case when they learned. They also learn power and they are not depending on us anymore. This process, can we shift it to a celebration? So that is becoming, somebody I teach can become more successful or advanced?

A citizenship based on blockchain for social good = A new paradigm of citizenship

For the moment we are perceiving governments connected to nation states, to administrative bodies, so we see citizenship connected to governments of a specific area because we think that we need the governments to organize our lives. Maybe this is happening because of the group dynamic is so powerful that the individuals in the group will kill each other, so we have a need of it.

We still have the idea that a community without a government will lose itself and destruct itself.

The next step, for the future maybe we will acknowledge that the community can manage itself without having the need of having a government and we will not need it anymore. Maybe it will be unnecessary because people will take care of each other, for example if one is unemployed or is sick or even have an idea he want to experience.

A community which could manage wealth/resources without gov would mean a community with individuals able to take responsibility in order to achieve equality.

For this we would need to feel the community as our own responsibility.

That would mean that we are evolving in more responsible individuals and also means that we need to understand why to achieve equality and all these kind of things.

A world without governments will not lead to chaos in the way of everybody is doing whatever and crazy things and whatever they feel doing in terms of potentially destruct the community. No everybody can also be doing what they want in respect towards the community, so we need to feel the community as our responsibility.

Becoming an actor of the global society using community logic in whatever I do. And not have to rely on another entity such as government to let sort that out for me

The reason for which I do not commit a crime should not be the punishment of a government, but because I know it won't work for the community and to shift this responsibility to myself.

It is the same for any kind of government, but also for religion, the church for example told to not do that, so it defined what is not good, but it is still an external factor which is telling me to not do that, not myself.

The next step is to manage into ourself to not discriminate.

So let's go back to the emancipation topic and explain is by a situation in which i hope we will get to understand better the literacy of success and failure and the power of the narratives which build the limit of our learning experiences.

Sometimes we observed in the past that people feel constrained when someone who was subject to their advice use this advice successfully or even more successfully and grow more independant of those who thought them, but not only, overcome them. This make feel small the people who are offering their advices or their knowledge, then become nervous.

We need to understand more exactly what we are nervous about, it is probably frustration.

Here is a situation to reflect:

In this case, one of the students of a trainer (1) who run youth camps, and one of the student of this trainer started to work in a fitness center as a trainer (2), where the trainer is used to go.

Now the trainer (1) is feeling upset to go there now that the situation is inverted and this student is making a training there and he is giving the advice and the training.

In reality this is a huge success. The question is why we cannot always see that as a success?

Is it a question of literacy? The fact that at some point we are not allowed to make a mistake anymore. When we have a preconceived idea of what is a success or what is not a success. Are we trying to achieve this idea of a success we don't know? We are aligning with a prevalent model of success or doctrine though us.

Are all Schools of literacies based on power and the “literacy of failures and succes” and used as a base to decode the world?

What if success occurs and makes trully sense when others get its benefit?

Challenge

There is a backward causality in the resilient act of accepting the exchange of roles, there is an opportunity, a window for gratefulness, but sometimes it requires to be open to a new culture.

Consciously or not, we can choose power as a tool for our vanity as well as using it for social goods. The problem can be: we don't trust anything anymore, we do not trust the big companies, we do not trust the other people either.

We could think Steemit after a 1 year of existence which proved its benefit for the 1st participants that steemit would grow really fast, but as some of us realized fast, greed and vanity exist. There is no deny here that consider that taking social responsibilities is given, there is just no basis, except what we experienced our own, our self-education. This until the moment in which by free will... will change, and help each other. And fortunately some people here does care about each other. For example, just to name a few, I would never be on this platform without @nicoletta with @manncpt who invited me to discover Steemit without perceiving any profit on it or organizing the Viennese meetup, or @lizanomadsoul who warmly welcomed me on the platform by referencing my profile with a post, or @welcoming or the @theaustrianguy who is taking the time to welcome the newcomers, or @martinamartini or @axynos who gave me advices and inspiration or @akashas who took the time to provide help without asking anything and translated an article for helping me to introduce the global school. These are only few examples of people with whom I experienced the gratitude and sharing spirit of the community of Steemit.

But how to and why to make other succeed and why it would be more profitable than to win for ourself?

If I was mainstream and from US, I would probably say “Nasa”. But I can’t reply for others.

The day we’ll be giving each other the capacity of AI, to enable each other to have the capacity we can’t and will not reach by ourselves. From that day we really start to develop the solutions for all global and individuals needs using everybody. These days ubiquitous innovation and entrepreneurship autonomisation can happen and will when we will have an inclusive framework for talent management at the global scale.

From another perspective, at any time in history people often found easiness and comfort in judging others, leading even towards hate or oppression of the other.

To find a scapegoat, mechanics is that of small or medium group dynamics, which wants the members of the group to be good ones. That can explain why migratory populations will therefore easily serve as an outlet.

The reality today is the color of the skin no longer matters. Online, we are becoming all connected. Racism, segregation, slavery, abuses are reflecting a problem of openness, a fear, for example of being overwhelmed in our ability to manage our common capital for the sake of general prosperity in concurrency as for our own benefit. The way we will manage to share our benefits with the others, the community, the neighborhoods and newcomers is defining our self-social-education abilities.

It is thus the way in which one has chosen to manage one's capital and the values related to the power which determine who we are vis-à-vis to the others and face ourselves.

All of this to say, today we can choose to whom we are giving power, to ourself or to others.

Money can be short-term happiness, but it does not make satisfaction or real fulfillment and we realize it.

Opportunities:

Globalisation

Reality of global mediatisation is that it change our behaviors, we are becoming more and more short time focused and dependant on fast motivating feedbacks that what video game and platforms designers understood.

We need to become lond terms focused. The world has globalized, it is a reality for goods and services which can easily be distributed on international market, it is not the same story while you are trying yourself to have a visa as auto-entrepreneurs.

While social status are currencies, the history is building itself on narratives explaining why people are in power because mostly of oppression.

Today everyone can make history by enabling one and each other. It is about life choices.

For a multicultural age, a time of maturity, lets not keep the values of the ego lead with power or opulence. Recognition and gratefulness are the base for the currency which brings a fulfilling life for everyone.

Participation access in a global world

Global Citizenship in a hyper connected world means participation and understanding the factors which are discriminating and blocking participation access where it is supposed to be designed open source.

Response to the title: How the value of steemit will increase?

By becoming the first platform using blockchain for social goods that enable people to take social responsibilities as Global Citizen.

Cryptocurrencies tend to experience tremendous growth when there is a strong community backing it. A strong community contributes to new ideas and new features to be incorporated into the coin, increases trading volume, and signifies growth towards a bigger market. (eg.
