Another way to build your steemian follower list is by using Steemfollower.com. I have used it and from that tool alone added at least 300 followers. It is worth looking into and it will help you even if you aren't trying as hard as the app will allow you. I average about 3 new followers a day when I don't login and use the app but days I participate in using it I add about 8 to 10 new followers. Outside of that every thing @yaanivapeji stated in this post will help you a lot in growing your list of followers.
