Hi @cherishdcm too add up, you can try to invest in property with flexible terms. There is no risks in real estate since the value don't depreciate compare to stocks and forex. ;)

      there are some developers that offer flexible terms. You don't need to cash out big amount.

        Yes, but you still have to apply for bank financing which comes with high interest rates. 🤔
