I did ask and all they told me is a bit different. Some said i should vote for witnesses. Others; which is the general one, power up. Another said i should wait till it refills, etc. Thanks a lot. Duly noted.

And they are all right, they just didn't explain it clearly. I have one witness that I like and have interacted with and I made him my proxy. That way he can vote for witnesses for me. I figure he knows more than I do about who is good and who isn't!
