If I were a person looking for an off-grid European eco community, where would I look?

To clarify, this person would like to move to the community as soon as possible.

Having failed to find the answer myself I am wondering now if communities have intentionally made themselves difficult to find? Indeed, if people are introduced to them by invitation only this works as a filter of sorts but makes them almost impossible to find for outsiders.

Does anyone have any ideas on this question?
