On Hive there is Hive SBI instead (run using the same accounts).
All units accrue vote value at the same rate (so accounts with more accrue faster because they have more units). However, not all accounts use their value at the same rate. Posting more frequently results in smaller upvotes on each post, posting less frequently or with long gaps between posts results in larger upvotes on each post.
Two users with same unit value would receive the same vote value over a long enough comparison period (say 3 months with one posting twice a week and the other posting every two weeks). The one posting less often would get 4x the vote on each post, but over the three month period both accounts would receive the same total value in upvotes.
Thank you for explaining.
In this case I referred to the community on Steemit they are hives.. Tales&Stories is hive-169911
What I like to know is if those with a higher club level receive less and if why.
Since SBI is a long term investment. Many bought and received by joining contests or paying it out as a reward.
Thank you so far. It's good to know SBI is still around.

Okay, yep. It has to do with their posting frequency. This has long been the most confusing aspect for new members, since most voting support do something like 1/vote per day and if you don't post it's just gone, instead of the value adding onto future votes so that you still get it.
