We hope you are all enjoying another month of the Community Curators.
The smaller teams appear to have been working well. We will therefore be continuing with this approach in July.
If you would like to have a chance of being selected for a Community Curation team for next month now is the time to make your application.
The Community Curators for July
For July we are again inviting individuals to apply if they would like to be Community Curators.
From the individual applications we will select seven teams.
For the coming month we will continue with the trend toward smaller teams. This means competition will be tougher to be selected as a Community Curator, but the rewards will be higher.
Please do not apply if you only want to be in a team of seven.
We have observed that a number of Community Curators find it difficult to look beyond their own communities when casting their votes, and especially when selecting their Posts of the Week.
Finding people who are willing and able to seek out posts across different languages and different communities will become increasingly important in selecting Community Curators.
Again there will be no specific themes allocated for each team - except Team Millionaire who will be supporting contests and Team Newcomer who will be supporting people in their first three months.
All other teams will be free to vote on posts on any subject.
We also want teams to look beyond communities. There are many good posts that are outside of any communities - just directly on people’s personal blogs.
Teams should seek these out.
The Curation Teams in July should again allocate a portion of their voting power for voting on the best comments.
High quality relevant comments add extra richness to the Steem blogging ecosystem.
Good comments can be as interesting and as valuable as good posts.
We want good comments to be encouraged and rewarded.
How to Apply as a Community Curator
If you would like to be considered as a Community Curator you should make a post including…
A brief summary of your history on Steem.
Details of any positions of responsibility you have held on Steem.
Details of specialist or professional skills or expertise you have in ‘real life’.
What country you live in and what languages you can read fluently.
Your key stats - own SP, CSI, Reputation, Delegations.
Any subjects you particularly enjoy curating.
To apply to become a Community Curator you must have a reputation of at least 70 and you must have at least 10,000 SP of your own (not delegated to you).
Previously selected Community Curators are welcome to apply again for July.
Please indicate in your application if you would be willing to be on Team Newcomer.
Keep posts brief and easy to follow. Include the tag #curatorapplication in the first four tags.
Applications can be made in any language.
Posts should be submitted by 11.59pm UTC, on Monday, June 26th, 2023.
How Community Curators will be rewarded
Every day all teams will be allowed to allocate one full vote to a member’s post - ideally in rotation. If a team has less than seven members, members can potentially receive more than one vote per week.
In total no more than 10% of the account’s voting power should be used on team members each week.
Additionally each week one member should post a report for the team in the Steem POD community with a list of their top 7 posts, with a brief note of why each post was chosen.
These posts should set beneficiaries to share the rewards with other members of the team.
The posts will be voted by @steemcurator01.
Thank you to this month’s Community Curators. You are all welcome to apply again for July.
The selections for the Curation Teams will be announced by the end of the month, with a view to starting at the beginning of July.
All Community Curators now have the added challenge of looking out for posts with AI generated content from ChatGPT or other similar sites. If you are applying to be a Curator for July make sure you are familiar with the tools available for detecting this sort of content which we consider to be another form of plagiarism.
Finally we would like to remind everyone that they should not contact the Community Curators asking for votes, or to be selected as a Post of the Week. Anyone found doing this may be barred from receiving any @steemcurator0x or @booming votes.
The Steemit Team
TRX Rewards
The TRX rewards were originally introduced to encourage Steemians to get to know the TRON network.
As that goal has now largely been achieved there will soon be another reduction in the TRX rewards.
From July 1st, the TRX rewards will be given in the ratio of 1 : 0.25 - that is 0.25 TRX will be given for every 1 Steem Power.
As before you will still be able to double your TRX rewards by setting your posts to 100% Power Up.
greetings @steemitblog I am a simple little user, I really like good communication for Steemit's future growth.,.. If anyone wants to become a Community Curator. they should care about the community, that's called a Community Curator. sorry my rating as a user I am someone who doesn't know about writing posts... sometimes it's hard for me to get support from the community... my judgement because the quality of our posts is sometimes not very good,, and even I have participated in several contests held by the steemit community and,,, actually everything we participate in should the community appreciate at least a little vote for the participants.. I admit I am not an expert in the field of writing but several times I have participated in contests that held by @visionaer3003 they really appreciate every one of our work that's why I like the way they work even though I only make simple posts...
💓💓💓💘
what the people want
the community is the main resource for the future Steemit community is the one who considers a small community like us' this... if you choose Community Curator. choose those who really care about the community, with more and more people the community is getting bigger for the community to build Steemit into the future to come.......

Don't worry it a general issue which is happening with almost every Steemian. So I want to say that don't worry about your TRX if your account is linked to Tron link pro application then your TRX are adding in your account and at once you will get them collectively. So don't worry about that and keeping creating quality contents 😉.
Stay blessed 😇

Hello, @steemitblog, I'm a modest user who strongly values effective communication for Steemit's future development. Those who aspire to be Community Curators should prioritize community welfare, as that is the essence of being one. I apologize for my limited skills in writing posts, which sometimes makes it difficult for me to receive support from the community. Our posts may lack quality at times, but despite that, I have participated in several contests organized by the Steemit community. Ideally, any participation should receive some recognition from the community in the form of at least a small vote for the participants. While I'm not an expert in writing, I appreciate the way @visionaer3003 organizes contests and values the work of every participant, which is why I enjoy their approach, even though my posts are simple.

Addressing the desires of the community
The community is the primary asset for the future of Steemit. Even small communities like ours should be considered. When selecting Community Curators, it is crucial to choose individuals who genuinely care about the community. With an increasing number of people, the community will grow stronger and contribute to the future of Steemit.

We hope to add Smart Contract function to the STEEM blockchain.
We are developing STEEM VM (STEEM Layer 2) and have shared some development achievements.
It would be great if the STEEM Foundation could take a closer look at this or communicate with us.
