Ideas how to develop SteemRepair faster

This account is relatively new, so anything I do with it will definitely pay off. Especially because the group needs it, so I should put some more thought into how to do it exactly.
First, I have to stress it - I will not be able to develop anything sufficient for the big group of the people. I think it is way too late for that. There is no way to do it.

Also, I am not about to kill myself if it fails, because it is kind of disheartening to watch what kind of utter rubbish earns huge sums while plankton lifeforms like me and my pals are killing each other with some trivialities, rules and stuff like superb quality...

On this platform, it is tiring to be anything but social.

So, on the easy side, for the start, I was thinking a few things I could do just to make it more active and to enhance it.
I can't relate to the idea of selling votes or that a group invests into it because it pulls some other questions on the surface.
I was following what other users do, especially some who are rather huge, I guess I should mimic that too.
Of the things, I noticed these are only a few.

###Post more!
I don't say post two articles per day, but post around 10 smaller articles just to get an exposure and get some discussion moving. Remember - everything we do in here, counts. I saw some huge users making more than 4-5 posts per day, so it has to have something with their success. Literary the more you are in here, the more success you can expect.

Promote more!!

There is a Discord, but also other means of the promotion, like the Steemit MEMO and Steem.Chat, Twitter and Reddit. Why not...

Add few comments daily!

I think that up to 20-ish well placed and targeted comments in a few niche I can improve this account.

Self-voting and Cross Voting!

These are the things I generally object, but to build this account fast ( hopefully not furious) some methods are allowed to the certain extent).

Paid Upvotes!

@JerryBanfield and @kobusu kind of have a business of it, so to build up my rep I might even consider buying some votes from the huge users to gain more rep.

Investment!

I already bought an account and lease SP from @Blocktrades, but for the permanent solution, some other things might be necessary.
