Day Thirteen of Thirty

"Don't judge."
At that point I was seeing red. I had heard those two words far too many times and had been ridiculed by this same person everytime I had mentioned something she had not heard before. Before I knew what happened she staggered back holding her cheek.
She stepped forward as the shock wore of as if to return the smack she received from me. I quickly reached out and grabbed her wrists as she came at me. We struggled and I managed to knock her feet out from under her putting her on her back.. I let her go and stepped back.
"If you insist on using those word maybe you should practice what you preach. If we can't be civil to each other then maybe we need to go our separate ways." I said as I walked away.
