Community Yoga Class!

Sharing mindfulness and allowing people to tap into their inner self is something I love to share through yoga.

Today's class was really energizing thanks to everyone who came.
In my community, most people don't much know about yoga and some of them think yoga is religion and therefore it's a sin to practice.

To get a larger group we needed to start small by encouraging and sharing with them
Then Community Class started with the children class, children are exciting and open to learning. I love being with the kids

We practised deep stretches, igniting poses, back stretches and lots of fun poses.
Adults came to join us in the kids class with lots of binding and bonding poses, we shared, we practised

some of the them got to understand what yoga really is some groaned in pain to let out the stress they were feeling .
Some parents watched rather than practice.. Some were just teasing!

But,am grateful at the end everyone felt different and enlightened which is very important, they can now go home and share with friends and family .
A very caring sponsor got us water to refreshe ourselves after the class. We are so grateful!
Hopefully, we get to share with more people in the next community class.
