My London cycling commute.
The whole cycling thing started just over 3 years ago when I decided that the only way I had time to fit exercise into my busy schedule was to make my London commute my exercise. So I cycled the 8.5miles/14km to work and back. My London commute takes 40 to 50 minutes depending on trains and traffic (slightly less than travelling by public transport). And my cycling commute heads west away from central London so it's not your typical London commute.
