MY COMPANY

The History:

My company started and is connected to many souls, however it was developed by three individuals: Norris Jenkins, Carlus McCormick Jr. and Jaeron Joyner. W.A.S.T.E Entertainment LLC. was born in the year 2009 out of the passing of inspiring souls who set the scrip greatness and before passing way leaving there message. W.A.S.T.E stands Wandering And Surviving Through Everything. We maintain our survival by W.A.S.T.E in action or Working And Striving Towards Excellence. The action creates the maintained status of W.A.S.T.E and one need not worry about their survival. The quality of existence is the key, in any situation be excellent!!!!

The First Mission (THE LABEL):

The Company serves as an independent recording label in the music industry.The music industry is the business of music . In the music industry, a record label is a brand and a trademark associated with the marketing of music recordings and music videos. Most commonly, a record label is the company that manages such brands and trademarks, coordinates the production, manufacture, distribution, marketing and promotion, and enforcement of copyright protection of sound recordings and music videos; conducts talent scouting and development of new artists ("artists and repertoire" or A&R); and maintains contracts with recording artists and their managers. The term "record label" derives from the circular label in the center of a vinyl record which prominently displays the manufacturer's name, along with other information. While we manage many industry projects as a music label, in today's market our revenue comes from the distribution and sales of music downloads and streams. 

The Second Mission (THE NETWORK):

The W.a.s.t.e TV brand has always served as a publicity outlet for small businesses and community organizations. The brand is known for exposing new positive community and business developments in the DC metro area. It has been filling the publicity gap between positive activism in the community and norm of negative press. W.a.s.t.e Entertainment LLC is now expanding its publicity brand to the community with the new website WasteTV.net. WasteTV.net is the newest innovation prototype in multi-platform broadcasting. With the website, the company plans to stimulate innovative action through the research and development (R&D) of new broadcasting platforms for the masses. The innovative platform will be developed the professional phases of project management, specifically agile methodologies which are proven for digital/online roll out and integration.

Third Mission (THE COMMUNITY): 

The community is our priority and in starts with the support to families. How we do business is family oriented. Our 3 standards of business of business include being professional at all times, giving good communication at all times and producing above industry standard quality work at all times. It is stressed in this mission that these standards start in the homes the organizations members with there families first. It is believed that harmony at home makes excellence in production. The business values of how to conduct practices are aligned with the seven organizational values of Unity, Self determination, Cooperative economics, Collective work and responsibility, Purpose, Creativity, and Faith are all designed to create a community standard of economic growth.
