So what was I up to on Saturday?
Initially I had plans to go for a Mid Autumn Festival held at my alma mater, but then the Competition that we had lasted until 8 pm so there was sort of a schedule clash. So anyway! We were at Scape for the first ever Overcooked 2 tourney!
We have only played Overcooked 1 on Steam, so this was all really different. The added feature of the Throw changes everything, so we had less than 2 hours to start learning the game controls form scratch and try our best at the Scored section.
Was a little nervous, sitting on an official gaming chair and all and with people watching us play. It was a pity but we got 5th! Only the 3rd and above players get prizes. Dang!
But overall it was a pretty fun event, (but I bought lousy Bubble Tea grr) and hope we could have been luckier to win the lucky draw prizes ><
