Steemit Ultra Marathon – Game two – round three results

in competition •  7 years ago

A huge push by @zapasx sees him catch the pack, meaning all our runners are now with 5kms of each other.

That's nothing in an ultra marathon. As the runners head towards the south coast there is still everything to run for as the race is wide open.

Someone on the side of the track gives you a 'special' gel. You are not sutre what is in it but it makes you feel good, and your injuries seem to feel a bit better.

Comentary

@zapasx put in a huge effort to catch the pack up, but his health is not looking good. Has he gone too hard too early, is is this a very cunning strategy?

@len.george is still in the lead and is extending the distance between him and the returning champion @godofbit. But as we have seen before, with such a close race, anything can happen on the next turn.

The rest of the pack are all handily placed to run the leaders down, and strategy for the next turn is going to make a big difference to the outcome.

Runners

It's the middle of the race and everyone is looking pretty good. I'll put the next post up later on today. In the meantime, consider well your strategy for the next turn. it may make all the difference.

Note

@zapasx - I took your running values and used then as your entry, since you can't run and rest on the same turn for this game.
