so I'm trying to turn my backyard to a place to grow produce and be as organic as possible. Last year I grew 8 tomatoes of different varieties, this year I doubled the plants to make and can more salsa and sauce. Within almost day one ok year one I set up compost bins. I'm simple, collect material layer carbon and nitrogen the best you can. Then the next year you have black gold. Going on 3 years with this compost idea and growing more successful veggies. Every season has a challenge ,but learning through others and trial and error. REMEMBER knowledge is learned and can not be taken.
