MY FIRST LOTTERY TICKET
MY LAST LOTTERY TICKET
You can see why I get nervous at the sound of “Lottery Tickets”. My father had just returned from Vietnam (alive? mentally?). Soon after, I was old enough for my own lottery ticket. With that being my father’s 3rd war, it it needless to say, this was one lottery ticket that I was happy NOT to have won!
I was working for State Parks in Colorado when the Colorado State Lottery was voted for. One of the selling points was that 35% of the revenues was going to go to State Parks. Once it passed, this was reduced to 10% and the General Fund money was pulled leaving the Park system with an equivalent budget to the years before. With enough outcry, the errors of their ways were corrected (somewhat).
I get nervous when someone mentions LOTTERY TICKET! Because of the political games that are often played with State run lotteries, I have stayed away. As well as the fact that playing the lottery is for people with really bad math skills!
ARE YOU STILL PLAYING THE LOTTERY
Many, many years ago, I joined the ranks of NETWORK MARKETING! I heard leaders at meetings time and time again telling participants, “don’t treat this like it is a LOTTERY!”
In the words of Yoda (from Star Wars), “Do or do not, there is no try”. Maybe that is the problem, too many people will only “try” something instead of doing it! Of course, there is the part of the person being suitable to the task. Is Network Marketing a viable way to earn substantial amounts of money? You bet it is. Is it suitable for everyone? Of course not (or there wouldn’t be a 90% failure rate, and I’m being conservative)!
ALL BETS ARE OFF
I took this stance some time after I “TRIED” my hand at Network Marketing. I finally came to the conclusion that for me to win, I had to find something that would be built ROCK SOLID. In my quest, I came across someone years ago that proved to be as solid as the program he was about to build. A group of us stuck it out with him although there was a lot of whining and complaining (coming from us).
This person is HENRY JAMES BANAYAT. The company he stood in the gap a built is COMPUMATRIX.
I could sit here behind my computer and “TRY” to explain everything about COMPUMATRIX but you still would not understand. It isn’t too difficult to understand however, you have to have a mental paradigm shift. When your mind makes a slight adjustment in understanding something that is foreign to it, you will have an “AH-HA” moment!
ONCE A MIND HAS BEEN STRETCHED, IT CAN NO LONGER RETURN TO ITS ORIGINAL DIMENSION.
