For decades now the laptop webcam has not seen any significant change in camera quality, no flash. Though one may notice some added quality on a handful of models; abilty to rotate and change the view angle, it is still very minute considering how far we have come in #tech and developement.
My questions:
1. why haven't we seen any significan't change to the webcam camera?,
2. does it serve no purpose?,
3. Could it be of security reasons?,
