Smartservice rootkit is what I am infected with... and from what I know there is no known way to rid yourself of it from within Windows.
I am stressing out over how to fix the problem and would love to reformat but don't have a way to do that at the moment since I don't have a Windows Installation Disk and Activation Key :(
Any help would be great although I am unsure if anyone here can help me as this is not a simple or easy problem.

Nope, that wouldn't of helped.
I tried to use that exact program several times and it didn't help in the least little bit.
No worries, I just finished reinstalling my OS last night so I am good to go. Unfortunately I wiped everything off my computer in the process. Oh well. :(
