Let's Play - Episode 2: Just Cause 2 - Second Mission: Casino Bust!

Rico stood outside the Panau Falls Casino with the President's statue in the background reminiscent of Saddam Hussein's statue and he has discovered one more location.

[After killing the soldiers with most of them headshots.]

Maria Kane: Watch out for that demolition officer!

I killed the demolition officer using the submachine gun. It was an easy kill.

Maria Kane: The hostiles have deployed breaching charges! If they get inside, Blaine is toast. Disarm them! You can always grapple hook your way up these towers.

As you can see from the image above, one of the breaching charges is way up on the skyscraper and one must have the skills to reach it with style. Rico certainly has it. Once on the specific floor, I take my favourite weapon in the game from the soldiers, the Assault Rifle. Unlike other weapons, it has the firepower and the accuracy to make a headshot easily.

While I was disarming the breaching charge, my Bandicam software suddenly stopped recording. You must press a number of keys to disarm the charge and it simultaneously coincides with the recording key. After I recorded my gameplay, I joined all the bits and pieces of the videos using Bandicut. I must remember to change the recording key or else it will be like this all over again. You must disarm the charge within the stipulated time or else it failed and you must try again.

[After disarming all the breaching charges]

Maria Kane: They're going to kill Blaine! Deal with that chopper, Rico quickly!

After I destroyed the chopper using another enemy's helicopter I hijacked, Blaine was being attacked by a number of Panauan soldiers on the Skyway.

Karl Blaine: Ok, come on!

Maria Kane: Get inside the overpass tunnel and save Blaine!

I took a long time to reach to Karl Blaine presumably due to not having used to the FPS drop while recording and my control to grapple was clunky. Fortunately, Karl Blaine still managed to hold against the hordes of enemy troops.

Rico entered the skyway through the square hole on top of it.

Karl Blaine: Who the hell are you?

Rico: I'm with the agency. You Karl Blaine?

Karl Blaine: Right now I wish I wasn't. You agency boys sure took your time, after all I've done for you!

Rico: I'm not here to help you...Unless you can help me find Tom Sheldon.

Karl Blaine: What? I thought he was with you guys!

Rico: Oh he was. But now he's our primary target.

Karl Blaine: Oh ho hoo! Ain't no love in the world of international espionage baby.

Rico: So you know where to find him?

Karl Blaine: Sure

Rico: Good. Now hold on tight!

Karl Blaine: What are you doing, you idiot? [He literally push Blaine with him out of the window.]

[Nearing landing to an unknown location with Rico and Blaine on parachute]

Karl Blaine: Up, up and awaaay... Oh! [ Rico throw him on the floor after landing.] You really are one crazy SOB. But, I am Karl Blaine - drunk and disorderly. Now, let's go to my car here and I'll drive you to my crib! What! My beautiful car, in the ditch!

Karl Blaine: I love this effin ride man. I can't drive any other car! Pull it out of here somehow!

In this circumstance, a grappling hook can be used to hook 2 different objects together and here I must hook Blaine's car and a small tractor. I drive the tractor pulling the said car out of the ditch. A useful way indeed! This can be seen in the video in 7mins:36secs. The model of the tractor is named Dongtai Agriboss 9000 and it belongs to a fictional tractor manufacturing company.

Karl Blaine: Get up on the roof my man. You fight better from there. Get going!

The objective here is to protect Karl Blaine who is driving the car while shooting the enemies popping out of the vehicles.

Panauan soldier: I have a visual of the two PanauFalls runners. Initializing pursuit!

I discovered the third location, Pekan Pinggir Jalan.

Karl Blaine: Look out, here they come!

The other four locations were discovered - Kampung Hutan Hijau or Green Forest Village, Bandar Baru Cina or New Chinese city, Kampung Tiang Emas or Gold Pole Village and Pekan Ayer Gilang. These locations were discovered while escaping from the Panauan military. The Pekan Ayer Gilang was 66% percent completed due to random explosions near the place. Fortunately, I had experience playing this game as I had difficulty shooting them on the head while they were moving on the vehicles like that. A novice will surely lose the mission.

Karl Blaine: Yeah baby! That last blast took care of them. We're in the clear.

Rico smashed through the window of the car and sit beside Karl Blaine.

Karl Blaine: Hey, thanks pal! I was one bullet away from meeting my maker...

Rico: Oh, you'll still meet him. Unless you get me to Sheldon.

Karl Blaine: Relax buddy, we'll find him for you. No trouble!

Rico: Find him where?

Karl Blaine: Well what I hear is that he went up the jungle, started some kind of rebel gang. Fighting for the government, fighting against the government. So much rumor!

Rico: So get me to this rebel gang.

Karl Blaine: That won't be easy.

Rico: You want me to throw you back to those dogs?

Karl Blaine: But it's not impossible! There are three major criminal gangs on the island. You get in real friendly with them and they'll sure lead you all the way to Sheldon! Here give me your PDA...

Rico: You want my PDA?

Karl Blaine: I need to download for you the intel on these gangs.

Rico: Okay. But if you mess with me, I will kill you.

[They reached Blaine Residence, Tanah Raya]

Karl Blaine: Ahh, home sweet home. Wow, this PDA is some hightech stuff.

Rico: Hey! Where are you going?

Karl Blaine: I'm downloading the locations, contacts I told you about...That way you can get in real close with these guys. Real close and cozy, you dig?

Rico: I can't waltz up and say...'Hey I'm a criminal, and I'd like to work for your organization.'

Karl Blaine: Sure, so I'll just tell all crooks on this island that an international gun for hire...is visiting Panau. A Mr.. [Looking at Rico's back] Scorpion! They're always looking for new talent.

Rico: O-kay...But I'll need guns and vehicles.

Karl Blaine: I'll put you in contact with the Black Market dealer I know! Here, use these beacons to contact him.

Rico: If these things fail, believe me...I'm coming back for you.

With the last words from Rico, the Agency Mission is finally completed. The PDA opened and new stronghold takeovers are available. We will know what that means in the future lets plays. The Black Market unlocked the Fragmentation Grenade, Pistol and an assortment of parachutes with different designs on them. The names are Firestorm, Tiger, Chaos, Scorpion, Camo, Dare Devil. A number of vehicles which are Makoto MZ 260x, a motorcycle model, Tuk Tuk Boom Boom, a vehicle-based in Thailand, Chevalier Ice Breaker.
