Why do we complain so much?

It is likely that some people around us complain about anything, are fans of the complaint and that maybe that person is ourselves without realizing it. We know that there can be acceptable or understandable complaints but there are also others that are only pessimism and negativity towards life.

They are people who can listen saying "I have a lot of work" and "they have not called me for any work" in a very short time or "complain because it is very hot but also when it is very cold" so what is What we really want or expect?

Apparently nothing can make that person happy, there is no diversity of colors in their days, there is only white or black, it is true that we all have problems, nobody is exempt from that, but what is really important is the attitude we have in front of them. There will always be someone who is worse than us and perhaps in spite of that, he sees life with positivism.

Also complaining about a situation will not cause it to change or improve, the complaint simply does not lead to anything. If you do not like something, try to change it, to do things differently, but without complaining, leave your comfort zone and work on what you want to be different.

What if the issue lies above your initiative and power? Trust me you won't mind borrowing an extra face/mouth to effectively complain. Though, positivity is the key to success.
