If you are using Steemit.com as user interface, then you can edit any tag except the first one. until the last reward payment is made to you. ( I think).

Downvoting a post can decrease pending rewards and make it less visible. Common reasons:

  • Disagreement on rewards
  • Fraud or plagiarism
  • Hate speech or trolling
  • Miscategorized content or spam
