To work in a different Country

It is difficult to get work in a different country. When you move from your country of origin to a different country you are treated as no body. You can even have the highest degree it is not counted in their system.Come to apply for work. The first thing they are looking for is work experience. The worse is those who will nearly come out from schools. You have the knowledge but you have not work for work experience. There are many people who are only in working positions but performing nothing. The work will be given to such a person leaving the stranger or the newly qualified.My question is who is going to give work to the stranger or the newly qualified to know their capabilities? How are we going to help change this for our future consumption? The System seem to be confused
