Want to know more about esteem app

I am facing few problems to use esteem app, So I need solutions from the users of esteem.
The main problem is I am not getting vote in last few days from esteem app, I don't know the reason.

I always maintain the rules of this application, but I thing there are more rules that I don't know about this app. If anybody helps me by commenting the rules bellow then it will be much easier for me continue posting with this app.
