Incredibly real, raw and powerful - Watching Jon Gomm's live acoustic performance of Passionflower will be a moment to remember. I mean seriously, I am a guitar player and have watched some incredibly skilled people play but I have never ever seen a man merge with his guitar to such incredible degrees as we get to witness here.

Granted this video must be the most watched youtube thingie I have ever promoted in this series and many of you may have actually heard of Jon Gomm because of it, but wow! Just wow! I had never heard of Jon Gomm before, collecting a good 16 million views in the last 8 years with this track alone, but I am thrilled and thankful that a good friend introduced me to this breathtaking musician recently and naturally I thought of all of you.

The performance radiates passion and love to the craft and can single-handedly turn a whole generation of human beings into aspiring musicians on the first encounter.

If you love good rhythm, if play the guitar or if you are at all drawn by breathtaking live performances of a genuine and heartfelt calibre you will definitely want to see this at least once in your life. His performance is a testiment to how powerful human beings can become if they stay true to themselves and their dreams. No need to fit anyon else's mold if you have a burning passion for something. Just follow that and all will be well.
