    Thank you @anarchospace, I usually feel this intense joy when I spend some time outdoors, or in nature. I need to find some time to stop and meditate.

      I, too, need to stop and meditate. I used to do it daily, and it made an enormously positive impact on my life. Life was simply better. I must apply myself better, and take it up once more.
