US PASSPORT OBTAINED: Updated Travel Plans and Another Win for Truthing

in conspiracy •  5 years ago

So, for the people paying attention to this blog you were informed a while back that I had reapplied for my passport. There was nothing stopping me from using the Passport I had, but it had a key factual error behind it. The evidence I provided suggested I was a US Citizen. A US Citizen is not the same thing as an American. As far as I can tell having been born in Massachusetts makes me an American National, WHICH IS NOT A US CITIZEN. As far as I can tell a US CITIZEN is someone born in, residing in, or working within US territories or Washington DC.

The supreme court has ruled at least six different times in the last century in law that still stands (old law is more valid than new law because old law has withstood the test of time) that there is a distinction between State Citizenship and US Citizenship.

State Citizenship is the birthright of all Americans. There's no one that stands between an American and our Creator. That said, in order to achieve mutual assurance of rights we delegate our Sovereign, creator-granted authority to the states who in turn delegate it to the US Federal Government, who in this case further delegated it to the State Department who eventually after a few months of haggling gave me my fucking Passport!!! WOOT WOOT!

Fed vs State: What Income Taxes?

Federal Citizenship or US Citizenship is a separate class of citizen. People born in US territories or Washington DC are Federal Citizens. Federal Citizens have privileges. State Citizens have rights. There's a whole bunch of differences and one of the best resources for it is a book entitled the Federal Zone by Paul Andrew Mitchel.. The guy retired and his website is down, but if anyone wants the pdf they can DM me in Discord (minnowpond.org). The main difference to him seems to be around the fact that Federal Taxes are for Federal Citizens and people who want to be treated like them. If you're a Federal Citizen (US Citizen) you're a taxpayer with obligations. If you're a State Citizen you're a non-resident alien with respect to the Federal Government and owe them as much money as American with no business in France would owe to the French Government.

So, I've successfully navigated a few traffic tickets while calling the judges guilty of crimes against humanity for facilitating a giant fraud on the american people, and now I've gotten the State Department to issue me a Passport with a clear explanatory statement that says I'm not US Citizen, instead I'm a Massachusettsan (Masshole) by birth and Pennsylvanian by Domicile.

Before my application i attended a class hosted by Christopher G. from Destination Freedom. I applied for my passport with a lengthy explanatory statement clearly outlining that I and my parents are Americans but not US CITIZENS. The passport was granted. I feel cool. It's also a relief cause I have some international trans pacific travel.

Travel Plans

Ok, so now I have a passport and can travel I'll be booking flights to South Korea prior to Steem Fest, Thailand to go to Steemfest, and Singapore for after Steemfest. The relief of having to travel and now having a passport is palpable. Anyway, I'll be reppin' Splinterlands all over Asia for 2 weeks. Should be fun!

To the SCT guys let's figure out how we can meet. I'm gonna reach out to some other contacts out there and see if I can book anything. I'm not one for site seeing, but if you live in South Korea, Thailand, or Singapore and want to hang with Uncle Aggy please give me a shout in discord.

Translator

PS I'm looking for a translator for at least 1 gig in South Korea. Maybe more. Please DM or reply to this post.

Interesting stuff, I learned something new today. Congrats on beating those tickets and have fun with your travels.

Great information and discussion, @aggroed! There is a distinct difference and nuances between rights and privileges, and as Americans, we have both.
Enjoy your trip to Asia and Steemfest!
BTW, about the translator... have you heard of MUAMA Enence Instant Translator?

I'll be in Bali if you end up being Nigel-no-mates and get bored.

I'm not sure I understand the difference or implications between being an American citizen vs US citizen (which seems equal in my mind), but congrats on the renewal anyways!

I got my first passport ever a few months ago and used it for the first time not too long ago to visit Mexico for a day. I'd love to visit Asia like you're planning to, but that's not feasible for me at present. One day!

Hey @aggroed, if you can help me get a free Steemfest ticket (got some serious under-employment issues right now) I'll show you around Bangkok. I know the city pretty well. I just need to get the funds together for the "plankton" ticket plus ~ $150 - $180 for the round-trip flight from Ho Chi Minh City (where I live) to Bangkok. I can handle the flight cost, but need some assistance with the ticket cost. Anyways, just an offer. And yes, as many times as I have considered walking in to the nearest US Embassy and rescinding my citizenship (for various political-economic reasons) the MAIN reason I haven't done so is the ability to travel basically ANYWHERE on the earth with that JUICY U.S. passport. Just be sure not to lose it, as it costs $135 USD for a replacement, and a lot of time and headache -- REGARDLESS of whether it is "lost" or "stolen" ;->

I live in the UA and didn't know this. Thank you.

Wow. US is complicated. Didn't know there was such legalities in passports and citizenship. Hope you pass by Africa soon with your new passport
