Cell phone video running toward Oasis Apartments. Also, at the very end it shows another great angle of the Mandalay Bay 4th floor shooter muzzle flash.

    Thanks for that, I had not see that one before, but yes it further confirms the most likely position of the 2nd shooter to be to the North of the fairground (not to the South), which again appears to point to the AMPM being the likley spot.
