A couple of days ago we experienced a 3.2 magnitude earthquake not less than 20 miles west of where we live in Harrison Arkansas. Simultaneously there was an earthquake of 5.6 magnitude in Pawnee Oklahoma. It's possible that the 5.6 quake caused the 3.2 quake nearby. Regardless, to quote Elvis there was "a whole lotta shakin' goin' on!"
It seems to me that earthquakes are increasing in frequency and intensity in this region.
According to these graphs released by HAARP, I would be correct.
If you've never heard of HAARP, allow Wikipedia to introduce it to you:
High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) was an ionospheric research program jointly funded by the U.S. Air Force, the U.S. Navy, the University of Alaska Fairbanks, and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA),[1] designed and built by BAE Advanced Technologies (BAEAT). Its purpose was to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potential for developing ionospheric enhancement technology for radio communications and surveillance.[2] The HAARP program operated a major sub-arctic facility, named the HAARP Research Station, on an Air Force-owned site near Gakona, Alaska. The most prominent instrument at the HAARP Station is the Ionospheric Research Instrument (IRI), a high-power radio frequency transmitter facility operating in the high frequency (HF) band. The IRI is used to temporarily excite a limited area of the ionosphere. Other instruments, such as a VHF and a UHF radar, a fluxgate magnetometer, a digisonde (an ionospheric sounding device), and an induction magnetometer, were used to study the physical processes that occur in the excited region.

To better understand HAARP's possible (I think probable) more nefarious uses I refer you to a book and a documentary called "Angels Don't Play this HAARP" by Dr. Nick Begich. The video is over an hour long, so if you don't have the time to watch it now I will give you my super duper condensed understanding of it. Essentially, Dr. Begich believes that the HAARP's array of antennas can be focused like a Death Star and can be used to create severe weather, including earthquakes.
Back in 2010 and 2011, in two consecutive years, there were strange die offs of fish and birds that no one has satisfactory explained yet. Sure there were theories, but none could absolutely pinpoint what caused the deaths, only that the birds died from blunt force trauma. One report said that the birds insides seem to be liquefied.
Something hit these birds with such force that it caused their insides to liquefy, yet left their external bodies relatively unscathed!
Many speculated that some form of radio or microwave were responsible. As for the fish, their deaths have no explanation other than it must have been from a toxin in the water. So, in short, nobody really knows what caused mass deaths to these creatures in the same geographical location around the same time.

I think I know what happened, however. At least I have a theory, much like everybody else.
I was living in Wisconsin at the time of this bizarre occurrence. I was driving Northbound on a back country road at night with a good friend of mine when we saw a flash of orange light in the northern Horizon that shot up over our heads. We looked at each other in disbelief and asked if each other saw what we thought we saw. Needless to say, we were a little freaked out. Local news said that it might have been the Northern Lights but it didn't operate like the Aurora Borealis. The strange flash operated like it was a laser beam of some sort.
The next day the news was flooded with the mysterious death of birds and fish in the States of Louisiana and Arkansas.
Some conspiracy theories speculated that it was a test run of weaponizing the HAARP program by focusing the microwave Ray's at the New Madrid fault line.
The New Madrid fault line runs from the Appalachian Mountains down through to the southern part of Oklahoma. Scientists have speculated that if this fault line were to be set off it would cause more damage and destruction than any other fault line in North America including the San Andreas fault line.
Could you imagine the destruction in lives and infrastructure a triggering of this fault line would cause? There would be mayhem and pandemonium in the streets. Martial law most likely would get declared.
Conspiracy theorists believe this is all part of a larger plan for global instability so that a "New World Order" can emerge out of the chaos that would ensue after such a devastating "natural" disaster.
What do you think? Is HAARP a weapon that can trigger earthquakes and other severe weather phenomenons? Or is it just a useful tool of science for fixing the ozone layer?
Is the increase in earthquakes in this region part of some nefarious plot to topple the United States thereby sinking the global economy and creating instability around the world? Or is it a direct result of irresponsible fracking practices? Perhaps the earthquakes are just simply occurring naturally without any man made causes?
I'm not sure what to attribute the recent increase in earthquakes to yet, but isn't it fun to speculate on these theories?
Thanks for reading!

You might want to check out Supicious Observers . He has been tracking Earth quakes and the connection to the Sun's activity. However, most of the small tremors you are experience are probably from fracking. And a however to that, by having smaller quakes, it relieves the pressure and prevents a possible larger quake.

pretty wild. liquified bird guts

It could be HAARP and it could be fracking. We'll never know, but there is always weird crap going on.

I make no statements regarding HAARP, or how such research might affect the world, because I have no facts that give me any confidence whatsoever regarding it.
I will point out that the curvature of the Earth makes it impossible that anything you saw was in Gakona, AK, which is where HAARP was. The HAARP program has officially been discontinued. I make no assumptions regarding the integrity of official announcements.
I do not doubt there are plenty of criminals, who, if they could profit from creating earthquakes and liquefying bird guts, would not hesitate to do so. I remain skeptical that there is real evidence HAARP was such a business model.
I have no reason to doubt Dr. Begich, and his family is well respected in Alaska, where I was raised.
Thanks for asking questions, and posting such evidence as you have found.

Thanks for the thoughtful reply. I too have/had questions in regards to the curvature of the earth. Someone explained that, just like HAM radio, th e HAARP system could bounce it's rays off the stratosphere, kind of like shooting a bank shot in the game of billiards. Billions of dollars was invested into the HAARP program, with hundreds of millions in infrastructure. If there were military applications for HAARP I'm sure it would still be in use, just not "officially." Thanks!

Hey @bluerthangreen, thanks for this scary real story. Seems like I'm the second person to suggest fracking, but that would not explain the liquefied bird guts. Horrible!
