Increased Chaos / Civil Unrest In The USA: Planned or Coincidence?

The Chinese use two brush strokes to write the word 'crisis.' One brush stroke stands for danger; the other for opportunity. In a crisis, be aware of the danger - but recognize the opportunity!

Fellow Steemers, I would like to begin a dialogue in an actual empirical conversation on the principle of critical thinking application of whether or not many major events in the United States are "created" aka "false flags" the major truly "random" acts of citizens acting on their own behalf? This is one "false flag" that I have researched that substantial unbiased evidence in terms of beginning this dialogue:

"Northwoods"
One example: As admitted by the U.S. government, recently declassified documents show that in 1962, the American Joint Chiefs of Staff signed off on a plan to blow up U.S. airplanes (using an elaborate plan involving the switching of airplanes), and also to commit terrorist acts on American soil, and then to blame it on the Cubans in order to justify an invasion of Cuba.

Three Pieces of Evidence:
I. See the following ABC news report
http://abcnews.go.com/US/story?id=92662&page=1

II. The official documents all under the Government Code Name "Northwoods":

III. Then finally as evidence #3, watch this interview with the former Washington Investigative Producer for ABC’s World News Tonight with Peter Jennings:
