A bot is a piece of software that runs automatically on the internet that can repeatedly flood a system with data at a rate far higher than a real person can. The person in the video is clearly not a bot! He's a human being, with views that didn't align with the British government's propaganda so they attempted to discredit him by falsely calling him a bot!
