Propaganda Today

To compare Christianity and Islam is comparing black and white, they're not the same, look at the world today, Islam is known for terrorism all around the world especially Europe and the Middle East with ISIS, I don't see Christian terrorism because Jesus does not promote terrorism like Islam does. Islam teaches the enslavement of women as sex slaves and child trafficking while Christianity teaches equality for both genders, Islam teaches to kill nonbelievers, Jesus Christ does not teach that at all. This post is misguided, I agree that mainstream media and public education is doing the dirty work, and neither of those promote Christianity in general, look at hollywood they promote satanism and Islam not Christianity, Christians are actually the enemy of the mainstream media. Sure there's a few crazy Christians out there just like there's crazy people in any group, but I'm talking about the big picture here, Islam promotes violence, Christianity does not.

Well then you are 500 years late I guess, there was a lot of terror going on in the middle ages where entire towns were literally burned down with people in it during the inquisition phase.

I agree that modern Christianity has reformed itself and it became more secular, but it is mainly because it has became secular is the case that it is more "peaceful" today. Plus most people are not that religious or do not place religion as a center role of society.

Islam didn't went through this "reformation" phase, so they are still doing barbarian things.

I like some of the things that Christianity teaches, I was raised in a semi-religious household too, but I wasn't really into religion.

In my opinion it's ultimately philosophy and reason that will bring people to englightenment not religion.
