Good work pressing the investigation. I have come to believe we are dealing with a type of satanic pedophilia that may approach actual true evil. You seem right in this case to identify this guy as a threat. Remember however, society needs to allow for offenders who may actually reform, and when it happens, there needs to be a limit to perpetual guilt. The idea of atonement is important to a system of punishment that also tries to reform.
