Julian Assange has not had internet access since March. The above video was filmed before then, but was only recently shown at the World Ethical Data Forum.
Hopefully his complicated legal issues can be taken care of soon. He is still presumably in the Ecuadorian Embassy in London.
He has a complex legacy but has always been a huge proponent of freedom and sharing of information.
Many people are fascinated with a variety of conspiracies regarding Assange, and it is very difficult to discern fact from fiction. All that is known for sure is that it is a sad and unhealthy life without being able to get outside and enjoy life beyond the interior of one building.
