What if we didn't actually evolve from apes?
What if the first humans actually landed here on Earth all those years ago.. The technology was discarded to leave no trace of where we are from, and the first generation of us "humans" who were born here on earth were never told by the original "landers" where we are from.. And eventually, once those elders died out, the secret died with them. And here we are, stranded on this spec of sand in an endless sea.
Is this why we look to the stars for guidance? Father, have you forsaken us?
